We allow the return of regular items for 5 working days only. 

 

Kindly note that items on sale, skin care tools and are non-refundable.

 

To outright your return item, your item must be in its packaging, in the same condition received.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for your return items, return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically apply due to the previous payment method used for the purchase. 

 

Kindly not that refund might take within 1-2 weeks to reflect on your account based on the payment method used.
